The 50G02AV.1 Circular Variable Metallic ND Filter is a circular variable metallic neutral density filter, made of BK7 glass. It is 127 mm in diameter with surface flatness of ≤1λ , and coated for an OD range of 0.05-2.0. Our circular variable neutral density filters are designed to simplify attenuation and beamsplitting in the visible to NIR. The variable attenuation and beamsplitting around a 270° circle is achieved by a thin, reflective aluminum film. A broadband, visible AR coating on the back side allows the filter to be left in the beam path at all times with minimal losses or ghost images.
