The male-male thread adaptors are: M4 to M6, 8-32 to M4, 8-32 to M6, M6 to 1/4-20, and M4 to 1/4-20. The male-female thread adaptors are: M4 to M6, 8-32 to M6 and M4 to 1/4-20.
