The 1481-S High Speed Photodetector is ideal for characterizing VCSELs and 10-Gbit/s systems. This detector offers a 25 GHz bandwidth with a 62.5 µm singlemode input and a 400-870 nm wavelength range. It's clean step responses makes is especially well suited for time-domain characterization of 10-Gbit/s components. In addition, it's well-behaved frequency responses makes it useful for frequency domain measurements.
