The 1434-50 High Speed Photodetector shows a flat response in both amplitude and phase up to 25 GHz and is optimized for frequency-domain applications. The broadband Model 1437 photodetectors use our new, improved InGaAs PIN photodiodes with greater than 0.2-A/W responsivity from 550 to 1630 nm. It has an FC 50.0 µm multimode input.
